AVERASE is a B2B IT asset disposition (ITAD) platform: download a bootable USB image, boot the machines you are retiring, and erase their drives to NIST SP 800-88 — with a complete hardware audit of every machine and a signed, independently verifiable certificate for every successful wipe.
How AVERASE works
Everything starts in the web application: an account admin downloads a bootable ISO from the Downloads page, and AVERASE embeds a signed license token into that exact image. Booting a machine from the USB stick starts the erasure engine — a self-contained kiosk that verifies its license online, reports the machine's complete hardware fingerprint to your inventory, runs optional hardware tests, and sanitizes drives using NIST 800-88 Clear or Purge. Every wipe is read-back verified, reported to the cloud, and — when it passes — turned into a signed certificate of erasure that anyone can check without an account. For drive chassis and servers with hot-swap bays, the hotswap station erases drives in bulk. The API and webhooks feed the same data into your own systems, and the sandbox lets you develop against all of it locally.
